As part of our continued commitment to provide high quality care to all our patients the practice has a BP machine so that patients can take their own BP readings. Please ask at reception for details, afternoons are a bit quieter for us so if you could come in then that would be great.

Led by Sister Bailey, this clinic offers advice and general health check-ups to patients diagnosed with CVD conditions.
Clinics held on various days. Asthma sufferers can attend this clinic for advice and support from our nurse who specialises in asthma care.
Monday (New diabetics) and Friday (Annual Review)
This clinic offers advice and general health check-ups to patients diagnosed with diabetes.
Monday 08:50 – 15:30
This clinic is run by the midwives. If you become pregnant you will be given a ‘booking appointment’ at which the midwife will ask you a few questions and carry out some general health checks. You will be seen regularly throughout your pregnancy either at the practice or at the local hospital, or both.
Tuesday mornings
All new babies are invited for regular check-ups from eight weeks old.
We will never refuse a child appointment - if your child is ill contact the reception they will organise a face to face appointment or telephone appointment on the same day.
Tuesday 09:40 – 11:30
Minor operations can be done in our treatment room. Please discuss this with your doctor who will then arrange for you to be given an appointment.
Daily blood tests should be booked at reception. If it is a fasting blood test (you will be advised you should not eat anything from 22:00 the night before) - we will always endeavour to book fasting blood tests before 09:30. For any blood tests please ensure you drink PLENTY of water not just sips as this helps to make taking the blood easier.
