They will treat you with professionalism, courtesy and respect at all times.

If you consider that you have been treated unfairly or inappropriately, please ask a member of the reception team to contact the practice manager who will be happy to address your concerns.

Please do the same in return as, aggression and rudeness is unnecessary, will not be tolerated and may lead to you being asked to register elsewhere.
