We run a range of clinics; for an appointment or further details, please speak to one of our Receptionists.
Our reception desk is open during all surgery times, alternatively you can book appointments on 0161 426 5100 our lines are open between 8am and 6pm.
Take your own Blood Pressure
As part of our continued commitment to provide high quality care to all our patients the practice has a BP machine so that patients can take their own BP readings.
Please ask at reception for details, afternoons are a bit quieter for us so if you could come in then that would be great!

Monday 8.50am - 3.30pm
This clinic is run by the midwives. If you become pregnant, you will be given a ‘booking appointment’ at which the midwife will ask you a few questions and carry out some general health checks. You will be seen regularly throughout your pregnancy either at the practice or at the local hospital, or both.
Child health and immunisation
All new babies are invited for regular check-ups from eight weeks old.
We will never refuse a child appointment - if your child is ill contact the reception they will organise for a face to face appointment or telephone appointment on the same day.
Tuesday 9.40am - 11.30am
Minor operations can be done in our treatment room. Please discuss this with your doctor who will then arrange for you to be given an appointment.
Monday (New diabetics) and Friday (Annual Review)
This clinic offers advice and general health check-ups to patients diagnosed with diabetes.
Daily blood tests to be booked at reception, if this is a fasting blood test (you will be advised you should not eat anything from 10pm the night before) - we will always endeavour to book fasting blood tests before 9.30am. For any blood tests please ensure you drink PLENTY of water not just sips as this helps to make taking the blood easier.
Asthma / COPD
Clinics held on various days. Asthma sufferers can attend this clinic for advice and support from our nurse who specialises in asthma care.
Led by Sister Bailey, this clinic offers advice and general health check-ups to patients diagnosed with CVD conditions.
